I am overwhelmed with the living space Smith Developments have created in this, once dilapidated, stable. They were involved from the planning stage to the final lick of paint and I couldn't be happier with the final result.
Conversion to Annexe
Sean and his team rebuilt my garage last year. They helped take down the old one, organised skips and builders' merchants to deliver and oversaw the whole project. Sean suggested an A frame roof which gave me extra storage and we reused the old doors but recut them to size which saved me money. All in all, I was delighted with the end result and would recommend Smith Developments to anyone!
